This project was extra special as it was our first home and our first flip. Not only did it inspire Jeremy's dream of running his own business it also opened Elena's eyes to real estate. This was a huge undertaking as the home was left in an estate and unserviced for many years.

This homeowner had just bought their house and wanted to upgrade the flooring, lighting, add a custom fireplace, paint the exterior and fix thefront porch. While we did not get photos of the final exterior work, the photos below show the quality put into the project.

These homeowner came to us wanting to turn their bonus room into a primary suit. So we started with a basic sketch of the project, drew up solid plans, got the permit and went to work. We added plumbing and electrical to the space. The custom tiled shower, soaking tub and walk in closet created the ultimate primary suit!
